Job summary

PROCEPT BioRobotics is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist to deliver training and clinical education to surgeons and staff across accounts. The role involves hands-on support during live procedures, ensuring optimal OR workflow, and providing on-site service, installations, and software updates.

You will schedule procedures, collaborate with Sales to drive utilization, and work with Marketing and R&D to relay customer insights for product and program enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years clinical experience preferred.
• Interest in medical devices and robotics.
• Must achieve clinical proficiency to cover a case within 60 days post Aqua Academy training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product training and clinical education to surgeons, staff, and new users.
• Support live procedures to optimize OR workflow and troubleshoot across accounts.
• Provide in-service, installations, and software updates.
• Schedule procedures and improve efficiency to maximize case coverage.
• Collaborate with Sales to grow utilization and retain accounts.
• Work with Marketing and R&D to inform product and program changes.
• Maintain Salesforce case logs, expenses, and admin docs.
• Travel approximately 75% or more as needed.
