Noah Medical is building the future of robotic surgery and seeks a Clinical Specialist to lead live case coverage across hospital accounts, acting as the on-site clinical and product expert.

You will collaborate with Sales and Marketing to drive adoption and expansion, while documenting KPIs and ensuring accurate clinical data. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a clinical setting and a Bachelor's degree, with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a clinical, healthcare, procedural, or medically adjacent environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build credibility with healthcare professionals.
• High attention to detail and ability to operate independently in live procedural settings.
• Commercial curiosity and eagerness to develop sales acumen.
• Passion for supporting excellent patient care while driving program success.

Responsibilities

• Lead live clinical case coverage across multiple hospital accounts, serving as the on-site clinical and product expert.
• Exercise independent judgment and advanced product knowledge to guide HCPs in optimal device use during procedures.
• Build physician trust and confidence that drives repeat utilization and expanded program growth.
• Identify opportunities to increase procedural frequency, onboard new users, and expand departmental adoption.
• Translate clinical interactions into actionable commercial insights for the territory team.
• Reinforce best practices that improve procedural efficiency and strengthen long-term account retention.
• Ensure KPI collection and accurate clinical documentation to support business performance tracking.
• Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to support account strategy and territory growth initiatives.
