Job summary

Carlisle Construction Materials is hiring for a Production Operator to manufacture Poly–ISO Insulation in a facilities setting in New York. You will operate gang saws, robotic stackers, and packaging equipment, ensuring product attributes meet specifications and counts are accurate.

Forklift operation and adherence to safety protocols are essential. Responsibilities include setup, troubleshooting robots, performing changeovers, and assisting training of new team members.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of processing specifications and quality standards for products.
• Knowledge of safety aspects of equipment and plant safety policies.
• Ability to read tape measures and measure output dimensions.
• Ability to operate forklifts safely.
• Understanding the impact of shipping incorrect/defective product.

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment and maintain gang saws and related machinery.
• Operate and troubleshoot robotic stacker control consoles and stacking station.
• Perform changeovers and adjust manual saws as needed.
• Communicate product attributes to the process operator for correction.
• Verify productivity counts for finished goods and scrap.
