Job summary

Carlisle Construction Materials in New York state is seeking an operator to produce Poly–ISO Insulation to published specifications. You will set up and operate the foam head, run the process control panel, and read gauges and meters to ensure correct output.

Forklifts and related equipment are used daily in a manufacturing setting. The role involves maintaining safety practices, handling chemicals, and communicating with supervisors during shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in insulation production or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read gauges and meters.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and maintain foam head area.
• Check temperature and fluid level of head part cleaner.
• Prepare and change head parts, nozzles and injectors.
• Preparing facer tools and doing facer splices.
• Use of SAPI. Enter data and reading as outlined in document.
• Inspect Calibration roller or cleanliness.
• Inspect and maintain proper chemical laydown.
• Communicate with other operator and supervisor on start-up and during production run.
