Job summary

Minth Tennessee International, Inc. in Lewisburg, TN, is expanding its production team and seeking a Set-Up Technician. The role covers setting up jobs, adjusting processes, and ensuring quality parts before handoff to operators.

The candidate will work with robots, fixtures, and process parameters, performing basic maintenance and maintaining a safe work area. The position requires a high school diploma and the ability to pass forklift, lock-out/tag-out, and driving tests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience and/or formal training in robotic material handling systems.
• Must read/write, have basic math skills, and follow written procedures.
• Mechanical abilities required.
• Pass written Industrial Fork Truck Driver Test; pass lock-out/tag-out training.
• Able to work varied hours and 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down jobs.
• Turn jobs over to operator after verifying process quality.
• Assist operators with setups and product evaluation.
• Make and document adjustments to manufacturing process, robots, fixtures, and parameters.
• Perform and document basic machine maintenance tasks.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all work instructions.
