Job summary

Divergent is seeking a Robotic Technician in Torrance, CA to operate and monitor multiple automated manufacturing cells, including robotic assembly and inspection, ensuring stable day-to-day production and high-quality components.

You will collaborate with engineering and production teams, perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting, manage material flow, and uphold safety standards on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience operating industrial robots (Kuka, ABB, FANUC, Yaskawa) or automated equipment in a production setting.
• Strong understanding of robotic operation and basic automation troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and support daily production across multiple automated cells (robotic assembly, anodize automation, scan box).
• Perform part preparation, maintenance, and assist with routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and support material flow and logistics on the shop floor.
