Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Hands-on knowledge of all listed machines and procedures in Grinding Room, forming area, Packaging area, Auto Packer area, Scale Room area, and/or Finished Product Robot area.

Responsibilities

• Operate Multivac packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed for optimal operation and product specs.
• Inspect packaging samples for quality and accurate labeling.
• Perform routine maintenance: cleaning, lubricating, and replacing minor parts; troubleshoot basic issues to minimize downtime.
• Adhere to SSOPs and GMPs for sanitation and hygiene, using appropriate cleaning chemicals.
• Maintain accurate production records and report irregularities or maintenance needs to supervisors.
• Collaborate with quality control and maintenance teams; assist in training new personnel.
• Comply with all other duties as assigned.
