Job summary

Golden State Foods is seeking a Robot Operator to safely run equipment during night shifts, ensuring product quality and consistent line output. You will monitor performance, adjust settings, load film rolls, and verify labels, while adhering to GMP and safety guidelines.

You will document production data, support changeovers, and collaborate with teammates to maintain efficiency and cleanliness across the line. Prior training in manufacturing is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience or training preferred.
• Able to follow safety, quality and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings for optimal operation and product specs.
• Load film rolls and follow proper loading procedures.
• Identify correct boxes, labels and coding; maintain production paperwork.
• Document line production, downtime and metal detection information.
• Work with team to maintain changeovers and line efficiency.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
