Job summary

High Lakes Gynecology, part of Praxis Health, in Bend, Oregon, is seeking a BE/BC Surgical Gynecologist to join a 100% gynecology practice with no obstetrics. The role blends office-based care with gynecologic surgery and offers a 4-day clinical workweek and a collaborative, physician-led environment.

Fellowship in MIGS or urogynecology is a plus but not required; candidates should be comfortable managing benign conditions and performing complex hysterectomies with robotic/advanced laparoscopic

Qualifications

• BE/BC Surgical Gynecologist required; board certification preferred.
• Active medical license in Oregon (or ability to obtain)
• Current DEA registration or ability to obtain
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Fellowship training in MIGS or urogynecology is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% gynecology care including surgical procedures.
• Manage benign gynecologic conditions and perform hysterectomies and minimally invasive procedures.
• Collaborate with clinic staff within a physician-led practice.
