Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; AWS certification preferred.
• Experience with MIG welding and robotic welding systems.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and wear PPE.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specs to plan welding operations.
• Design, fabricate, and set up welding fixtures; operate welding equipment.
• Weld components using MIG processes; inspect welds against specs.
• Repair or modify metal structures as needed; maintain clean workspace.
• Mentor welders and train teams on techniques and safety.
