Qualifications

• High school diploma and welding experience in manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, stick and flux-cored arc welding techniques.
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and welding specs with accuracy.
• Knowledge of welding symbols and metallurgy basics.
• Commitment to safety standards and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Execute welding operations to join, fabricate, and repair metal parts.
• Set up and operate manual and robotic welding equipment.
• Read blueprints and job orders to select welding processes.
• Ensure welds meet required standards and perform quality checks.
• Maintain and troubleshoot welding equipment; work collaboratively with team.
• Adhere to department targets and safety policies.
