Central States Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Robotic Welder Operator to set up, program, operate, and maintain robotic welding systems in a fast-paced metal fabrication environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of welding experience.
• Welder qualification per AWS D1.1 for unlimited thickness in 2G.
• Certified Robotic Arc Welder Operator.
• Current Crane and Forklift certification (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain robotic welding equipment.
• Interpret fabrication drawings and welding codes to plan welding operations.
• Inspect welds and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Update records and perform basic measurements with common tools.
• Cross-train and work at other production positions as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and report issues.
