Job summary
AUTOKINITON seeks a Robotic Maintenance Tech Team Leader for the Greenville, SC facility, supervising maintenance of robotic, electrical, and welding systems on a 6:00 PM–6:30 AM 2-2-3 schedule. You’ll troubleshoot PLCs and support production with proactive maintenance and rapid response to issues.
Ideal candidates have industrial maintenance experience, familiarity with FANUC robotics, and Allen-Bradley PLC troubleshooting, plus ability to multi-task with limited supervision and willingness to
Qualifications
- Industrial maintenance experience required.
- Experience troubleshooting assembly robots (Fanuc preferred).
- Knowledge of Allen Bradley PLC troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of high/low voltage electrical maintenance.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, robotic, and welding issues.
- Repair mechanical breakdowns of equipment using PLC ladder logic.
- Use electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics for troubleshooting.
- Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance.
- Support production by responding to calls for mechanical, electrical, robotic and welding issues.
