• Support product introductions, software upgrades, through consultative discussions focused on clinical and operational value.

• Track utilization performance metrics, report activity outcomes, and manage administrative requirements (reports, weekly plans, team calls, expense reporting, etc.).

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with the Clinical Sales, Clinical Marketing, Service, and Commercial Sales teams to ensure consistent user experience and alignment of best practices.

• Create and refine educational tools and reference materials that elevate surgeon training, procedure consistency, and strengthen the clinical and commercial ecosystem.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and R&D to share field insights and enhance user experience.

• Contribute to national training initiatives and projects that expand national best practices, surgeon education and program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, biomedical engineering, or related field preferred.
