From troubleshooting technical challenges to helping customers get the most out of their equipment, you'll play a key role in delivering the support experience we're known for.

You'll work independently in the field while staying closely connected with our engineering and support teams in Canada. If you enjoy robotics, solving real-world problems, and working directly with customers, this role is for you!

Install and commission robotic palletizing systems at customer facilities, ensuring quality, performance, and safety standards are met.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation-related issues, both on-site and remotely.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to keep equipment running reliably and minimize downtime.

Provide hands-on training to customer operators and maintenance teams.

Deliver professional and responsive technical support, building strong relationships with customers.

Document service activities, technical issues, and solutions to support continuous improvement.

Collaborate with our engineering, production, and customer support teams to resolve complex technical challenges.

Travel to customer sites across the United States for installations, maintenance, and service calls.

What we're looking for

Technical diploma or associate degree in electromechanics, mechatronics, industrial maintenance, automation, robotics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

2+ years of experience in field service, technical support, or industrial maintenance.

Experience working with industrial robots (FANUC, ABB, KUKA, Yaskawa, or similar).

Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, mechanics, and pneumatics, with the ability to read technical drawings and electrical schematics.

Familiarity with industrial safety practices, including lockout/tagout and machine safety.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Fluent in English. Knowledge of French is an asset.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Authorization to work in the United States and ability to travel within the U.S. and to Canada, including a valid passport.

Experience with palletizing, conveyor systems, material handling, or automated equipment commissioning is an asset.

What makes you the right fit

You're hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership in the field. You enjoy solving technical challenges, working directly with customers, and finding practical solutions when things don't go as planned. Organized and reliable, you stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and always put safety first. You're passionate about robotics, eager to keep learning, and enjoy the variety that comes with life on the road.
