MedStar Health seeks an accomplished Endocrine Surgeon for MedStar Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC. The role requires leadership in an established endocrine program, with emphasis on thyroid, parathyroid, and adrenal procedures including robotic approaches.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of post-fellowship experience, Board certification, and a commitment to academics, education, and interdepartmental collaboration with endocrinology, oncology, radiology, and pathology.

Qualifikationen

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of General Surgery residency and Endocrine Surgery fellowship.
• Board-certified in General Surgery; eligible for DC licensure.

Aufgaben

• Provide comprehensive surgical care for endocrine diseases.
• Perform thyroidectomy, parathyroidectomy, adrenalectomy (robotic adrenal surgery).
• Participate in call coverage and multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
• Contribute to education of residents and medical students.
