The Ohio State University is seeking an exceptional academic Endocrine Surgeon to join our elite team at OSUWMC and The James. The role emphasizes clinical care, teaching, and impactful research in thyroid, parathyroid, and adrenal disease with robotic experience.

Ideal candidates will have an MD, ABOS eligibility or certification, and fellowship in endocrine surgery or surgical oncology, plus a demonstrated academic track record and Ohio license eligibility.

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent; American Board of Surgery eligible or certified.
• Fellowship in surgical oncology or AAES endocrine surgery.
• Academic track record in endocrine surgery.
• Eligible for State of Ohio Medical License.
• Qualified for an academic appointment with rank and salary commensurate with training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical care for benign and malignant endocrine conditions with minimally invasive approaches.
• Educate and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows; contribute to curriculum and lectures.
• Engage in meaningful endocrine surgery research with support for publications and presentations.
• Collaborate to expand the endocrine surgery program and enhance departmental leadership.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and committees to promote patient safety.
