Job summary

Beckett Thermal Solutions in Ohio seeks an experienced Troubleshooter and Repairer for robotic cells to maximize uptime and reliability. You will diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues, interface with automation control programs, and support rapid return-to-service plans.

You will also train technicians in troubleshooting, maintenance skills, and 5S improvements while contributing to new automation projects and maintaining spare parts inventories.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in direct support of production robotic cells.
• Expert ability to interface with automation control programs.
• Extensive experience with and knowledge of industrial mechanical and electrical components and repair techniques.
• Demonstrated make-it-happen attitude.
• Proven ability and willingness to effectively train others.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair robotic cells and related equipment.
• Train maintenance staff in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Interface with automation control programs and interpret diagrams.
• Support 5S improvements and safety performance.
• Maintain spare parts inventory for robot cells.
• Contribute to new automation projects with focus on reliability.
