Job summary

Paumac Tubing Llc. is seeking a Robotic Weld Associate to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot welding robots across production stages. The role requires collaboration with Engineering and Quality teams to test equipment and ensure safe, efficient operations.

The candidate will inspect welds, train personnel on robot programming, and maintain neat, compliant documentation while upholding all company policies and safety rules.

The robotic weld associate position is responsible for operating, maintaining and trouble-shooting welding robots for all phases of production. The position communicates with co-workers, and maintains a safe, organized and clean work environment.

Essential Functions:

• Operate robotic welders at or above established quality and efficiency standards
• Produceweldquality consistently that meet quality standards within job schedule
• Maintainequipment in a condition that does not compromise safety by completingpreventivemaintenance per established schedules
• CollaboratewithEngineeringIQualityDepartmentpersonnelintestingandevaluatingweldingequipment,metals,fixtures,methodsandprocesses
• Inspect welding products to ensure accuracy and discover flaws
• Trainotherpersonnelon operating robotic system program
• Accurately complete all required paperwork in a timely manner
• Communicate with other departments as necessary
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Adhere to all company rules and policies
