HireArt is seeking an entry-level Robot Service Technician Assistant for our client in Miami, FL. This part-time, weekend-focused role supports daily operations, maintenance, and preparations of the delivery robots.

You will learn foundational skills in robotics and electro-mechanical assembly while ensuring fleet readiness and safe navigation for daily deployments. Onsite position with the possibility to grow in a rapidly expanding robotics field; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare robots for the shift: Ensure all hardware and software are ready for daily deployment.
• Put robots/batteries on chargers for the night: Manage power cycles to ensure maximum fleet readiness.
• Cleaning robots: Maintain physical appearance and protect sensitive external hardware.
• Perform mechanical repairs: Assist with and execute basic repairs on the robot fleet.
• Perform service campaigns: Help implement widespread hardware or software updates across the fleet.
• Assist remote support coordinators: Act as the hands-on field contact for the remote tracking team.
• Perform calibrations and wheel alignment: Ensure sensors and chassis components are properly tuned for safe navigation.
• Keep workshop clean and tidy: Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workspace for the entire technical team.

As a Robot Service Technician Assistant, You'll
