Role

The Robotic RN Coordinator oversees the robotic surgery program at an ambulatory surgery center, ensuring smooth daily operations, equipment maintenance, staff training, safety, and troubleshooting. They work closely with OR leadership and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to monitor quality and efficiency, promoting optimal clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities

Managing robotic systems, scheduling procedures, coordinating staff training, ensuring safe operation, troubleshooting technical issues, and monitoring program performance.

Qualifications

An Associate of Science in Nursing or higher, valid RN license recognized in Texas, Basic Life Support certification, and 3+ years RN experience including 2+ years in robotic surgery. Basic computer skills are required.

Preferred Skills

BSN, ACLS, PALS, experience in Pre-Op, ER, infusion therapy, or ambulatory surgery settings, with single-unit experience being advantageous.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay ranges from $35 to $63, complemented by comprehensive benefits, incentive programs, and retirement options, based on experience, education, and certifications.
