Tech Mahindra in California is seeking a Robot Programmer to design, test, and optimize Fanuc robot programs for precision aerospace manufacturing. You will support commissioning, debugging, and ongoing automation improvements.

A Bachelor’s or Higher Degree is the minimum entry required for the position

The pay range for this role is $85k- $110k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. Tech Mahindra also offers benefits like medical, vision, dental, life, disability insurance and paid time off (including holidays, parental leave, and sick leave, as required by law). The exact offer terms will depend on the skill level, educational qualifications, experience, and location of the candidate.

This role is also open for contract: $45/hr - $55/hr

The Robot Programmer is responsible for programming, optimizing, and supporting robotic manufacturing systems, with preference for experience in Fanuc environments. This role supports both immediate production needs and longer-term automation stability in a precision aerospace manufacturing setting.
