Insight Global is seeking Robot Operators to join one of the fastest growing humanoid robotics companies serving the Bay Area and Los Angeles. You will test and validate new behaviors and skills on our humanoid robots in real-world customer use cases.

You will run the robot across shifts, identify bugs, document issues, and escalate to engineering via Jira, while maintaining safety and cleanliness of your work area.

Formación

• Experience working with robots or troubleshooting mechanical systems.
• Ability to stand 8+ hours and handle humanoid hardware.
• Willingness to own robot operations and ensure proper functioning.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• 5-day workweek with weekend shift and 2 days off.

Responsabilidades

• Be responsible for the humanoid robot operating successfully for the Customer use case.
• Run the robot constantly throughout the day/evening, identifying bugs and problems.
• Track, document, and escalate issues to the appropriate engineering teams using Jira.
• Ensure work areas meet organizational cleanliness and organization standards.
• Adhere to all safety procedures related to robot operation and teleoperation equipment.
• Follow proper equipment and robot maintenance procedures, including bring-up and shutdown.

Job Description

This is an AI robotics company developing autonomous general-purpose humanoid robots. The goal of the company is to ship humanoid robots with human level intelligence. Its robots are engineered to perform a variety of tasks in the home and commercial markets. As a Humanoid Robot Operator, you'll have the unique opportunity to work directly with our humanoid robots to test and validate new behaviors and skills. You will be at the forefront of our operations, deploying the robots for real commercial use cases, identifying issues, and properly filing JIRA tickets to relay failures to the appropriate teams. Responsibilities: Be responsible for the humanoid robot operating successfully for the Customer use case Run the robot constantly throughout the day/midevening, identifying bugs and problems Track, document, and escape issues to the appropriate engineering teams using Jira. Ensure work areas meet organizational cleanliness and organization standards. Adhere to all safety procedures related to robot operation and teleoperation equipment. Follow proper equipment and robot maintenance procedures, including bring-up and shutdown. Morning shift: 6:30-3PM Swing shift: 2:30-11PM Night shift: 10:30-7AM Pay rate: $30/hr

Pay Rate: $30.00 - $32.00/hr

Benefits packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
