Job summary

DoorDash Labs is seeking a strong operator to conduct testing, deployment, and logging of advanced technologies in the Phoenix area. You will join the Field Operations Team and report to the Team Lead, with two-week training in the Phoenix area.

This role requires night and weekend shifts and rider bike operation outdoors in varying conditions. You will coordinate with hardware, software, and business teams to ensure rigorous test plans, safety, and reliable product deployment across multiple

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience or strong interest in robotics or field operations.
• Driver's license required, able to support multiple locations in Phoenix including Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert and Scottsdale
• Comfortable riding an electric bike and working outdoors in day/night conditions and traffic
• Experience with live Field Operations for deployment of products, bonus if related to autonomous vehicles
• Strong organizational and process skills, able to follow schedules and some evening/weekend work
• Familiarity with ticketing tools to collect feedback, schedule fixes, and track progress

About the Team

About the Role

We’re looking for a strong operator to carry out the testing, deployment, and logging of new advanced technologies, working outside and from various offices around the Phoenix area. Two-week training will occur in the Phoenix Arizona Area. In this role, you’ll report to the Team Lead and be a core member of our Field Operations Team.

Shift: This role requires working nights and weekends, with shift hours ranging from 2 PM to 12 AM. There may be a need to rotate between shifts to support operational and business needs. There will be a two week notice provided whenever this is needed.

This role requires you to be comfortable with riding an electric bike in the Phoenix Area. You will need to be comfortable biking in day/night conditions as well as in traffic/on streets.
