Job summary

Service Robot Co. is seeking field technicians to visit customer sites across the region to install, maintain, and repair commercial robots. You will work on-site with guidance from a remote specialist to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

You will perform routine maintenance, diagnose issues, and communicate clearly with customers. Training is provided, and the first job is paid while you gain certifications and hands-on experience.

The role

Visit customer sites to install, maintain, and repair commercial robots. You will work on site with support from a remote specialist.

What you will do

• Install robots and check that they work correctly.
• Find and fix mechanical, electrical, and software problems.
• Carry out scheduled maintenance.
• Explain the problem and the repair to the customer.
• Record each visit with photos, job notes, and customer sign-off.
• Keep your tools and spare parts ready.
• Follow site and equipment safety procedures.

What we are looking for

• Practical experience fixing or maintaining equipment. Field service, appliance repair, low-voltage work, and facilities maintenance are useful backgrounds.
• Reliability, clear communication, and accurate job records.
• Willingness to ask for help and report mistakes.
• Availability to drive to customer sites, work in different weather conditions, and lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.

Previous Robotics Experience Is Not Required.

Training

You will complete an online course through our Service Robot Co. Academy, followed by in‑person training and the industry certifications needed for this role. Training and certifications are free for selected candidates. Your first job is paid, with a specialist supporting you remotely.
