Job summary

An integrated, non-profit, academically affiliated health system in southern Vermont is adding a hip Arthroplasty Orthopedic Physician. The health system supports robot-assisted surgery and a collaborative team of physicians, nurses, and staff to ensure timely patient care.

Postgraduate residency and fellowship training are required for this prestigious role. The compensation package includes a salary above $600k plus incentive compensation, comprehensive benefits, sign-on bonus, and relocation

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and related administrative services to ensure timely patient care.
• Determine and order appropriate screening and diagnostic tests and studies.
• Obtain informed consent for treatment, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures and studies.
• Interpret and evaluate test and study results.
• Provide patient and family-centered care.
• Supervise APPs as directed.
• Academic affiliation with one of the region's top health systems.
