Job summary

Sawhorse Productions in the United States is seeking a hands-on Roblox Game Producer to lead branded and original experiences from concept through launch and live operations. You will own schedules, scope, and team coordination across designers, artists, and partners, ensuring on-time, on-budget releases that meet Sawhorse’s standards.

The role is hourly freelance with core PST hours 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Producer, Associate Producer, or similar role in games or branded entertainment, with at least one Roblox release.
• Deep understanding of the Roblox platform, audience, and workflows.
• Proven track record from pre-production through live operations.
• Proficiency with project tools and Agile methodologies.
• Experience delivering projects for external brand or agency clients, with clear status reporting.
• Ability to use game metrics to prioritize updates and improve retention.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and cross-project resources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to align teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Roblox production from concept to live ops and post-launch updates.
• Build roadmaps, sprint plans, and milestone schedules in Jira, Asana, or Airtable.
• Scope, budgeting, and resourcing while flagging risks to protect timelines and quality.
• Collaborate with game designers, Luau scripters, 3D artists, UI/UX designers, and QA.
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for brand and agency partners.
• Manage platform compliance and content guidelines for Roblox releases.
• Plan post-launch content updates and live events to drive engagement.
• Monitor metrics like DAU/CCU, retention, and session length to guide updates.
• Develop production processes and Agile ceremonies for scalable workflows.
• Coordinate with external studios and freelance Roblox creators as needed.
