Job summary

Melo Interactive is seeking an experienced Game Producer to drive project timelines and coordinate cross-functional Roblox teams. You will own the production schedule, run sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery of updates while managing scope, risks, and blockers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Game Producer or Project Manager on shipped titles.
• Proven track record of managing live game updates and content releases.
• Strong understanding of Roblox development constraints and workflows.
• Experience with agile/scrum methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to balance creative vision with technical and timeline realities.
