Job summary

Revlon in Roanoke, VA is seeking a Warehouse Operator for a full-time onsite role at our Roanoke Facility. The operator will safely run several types of material handling equipment to support Export, including delivering orders to packers and pulling, staging, and loading freight.

The position requires D Storage/RF experience, knowledge of JDE, and the ability to learn Precision V16. Must meet safety and KPI standards and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED desired.
• Must possess reading and legible writing skills.
• Must have basic Excel experience.
• Must be able to communicate effectively.
• Must be willing to work in all phases of receiving and warehousing.
• Job requires prolonged standing, bending and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• This position may require overtime and weekends as needed.
• Receive training in 40CFR 262.17 as applicable to the role.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered material handling equipment (e.g., Reach Truck, Cherry Picker, Pallet Jack).
• Deliver orders to packers and pull/stage freight.
• Load freight on containers and local carrier trucks.
• Flip pallets using equipment as needed.
• Review bills of ladings for accuracy and scan freight.
• Meet KPI: 20 pulls per minute per hour.
