Job summary

Revlon Roanoke Distribution Center is hiring for an onsite warehouse associate. You will safely operate equipment such as Raymond Reach Truck and Order Picker, offload cartons, and palletize freight for storage and outbound distribution.

The role requires basic math, the ability to meet productivity standards, and clear communication with supervisors. High school diploma or GED is preferred; full‑time hours are Monday–Thursday, 7:00am–5:30pm with competitive base pay.

Qualifications

• Basic math and analytical skills.
• Ability to meet productivity standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Stand, kneel, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate equipment such as reach trucks and order pickers.
• Offload cartons and verify carton accuracy.
• Store palletized freight and prepare for outbound load.
• Cross-train across multiple warehouse areas.
• Follow 5S and safety policies.
