Job summary

RDR Utility Services Group seeks skilled laborers for the oil and gas field. Work outdoors in varying weather, assist with fuel, valve and pump operations, and perform basic troubleshooting while following safety protocols.

Expect up to 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays. You will provide updates to the control room via Viber and perform site inspections, reporting issues promptly to ensure safe, reliable operations. Experience in oil and gas preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Capable of long work days, including nights and weekends.
• Able to fuel equipment on well pads and operate valves/pumps.
• Able to troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues.
• Provide updates through Viber group to control room.
• Perform site inspections and report issues.

Job Summary

Experience Requirements

• Reporting directly to their RDR supervisor.
• Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Physical endurance to stand for long periods of time as well as walk, squat, crouch.
• Able to work up to and at times greater than 12-hour days.
• Can fuel various equipment on well pads
• Set and operate water valves as needed
• Operate water pumps as needed
• Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues
• Provide updates through Viber group to control room
• Perform site inspections and report any issues
• Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred experience

• Oil and gas experience.
• Construction experience.
• Working with live gas lines.
