Job summary

RDR Utility Services Group is seeking skilled laborers for sewer and water line installation, repair, and maintenance, specializing in HDPE, PVC, and Ductile Iron piping.

You will report to a supervisor, use hand tools, load/unload materials, and work outdoors in varying weather, with up to 75 lbs lifting and occasional 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience with sewer/water line installation preferred.
• Ability to follow supervisor directions and safety protocols.
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Report to RDR supervisor.
• Use hand tools to dig around existing utility structures to prevent damage.
• Load and unload equipment and materials.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Lift up to 75 lbs.
• Stand for long periods and be able to walk, squat, crouch.
• May work 12-hour days when required.

Experience Requirements

• Reporting directly to their RDR supervisor.
• Use hand tools to dig around existing utility structures to prevent damage.
• Load and unload equipment and materials.
• Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Physical endurance to stand for long periods of time as well as walk, squat, crouch.
• Able to work up to and at times greater than 12-hour days.

Preferred

• Construction experience.
• Utility installation and repair.
• Manhole experience.
