Qualifications

• University/College graduate with BS (or Master's) in Civil Engineering.
• 15 years overall experience with minimum 10 years on roadway/highway projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil and roadway engineering design and review for SRP road works.
• Ensure compliance with ADOT Roadway Design Guidelines.
• Support design maturity planning and deliverables aligned with design stage gateways.
• Coordinate with geotechnical, drainage, and construction disciplines.
• Identify and manage design risks and permitting constraints.
