Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop project work plans and scopes of work
• Provide project oversight and schedule monitoring
• Prepare fee proposals and track/manage project budgets and invoicing
• Prepare roadway, grading, drainage, water, and sewer plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Produce deliverables including design plans, specifications, and technical reports
• Administer QA for project deliverables
• Prepare supporting calculations, construction specs, and permitting
• Prepare opinions of probable cost across development stages
• Manage development and redevelopment projects for public and private clients
• Coordinate with construction contractors and clients
• Support multi-disciplinary pursuits with Horrocks practice leaders
• Maintain effective communications with project teams and clients
