Job summary

Keyhole Technologies, a Wyoming-based leader in traffic control, is hiring an Installation Laborer. This entry-level role focuses on manual tasks, equipment setup, and site safety to support roadwork projects across the state.

You will work outdoors in variable weather, lift and move materials, and assist with sign installation and traffic control. Day-to-day duties require reliability, physical stamina, and clear communication with the crew and the public.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform heavy manual tasks for long periods, lifting up to 50–90 lbs.
• Works outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Clear verbal communication with crew and the public.

Responsibilities

• Loads, unloads, and moves signs, cones, and barricades on-site.
• Assist in installing signs and traffic control devices; operate basic tools.
• Support traffic control by distributing signs and guiding traffic safely.
