Qualifications

• Age 18 or older and able to travel for site work.
• High school diploma preferred but not always required for entry roles.
• Valid driver’s license required for travel to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move signs, cones, and barricades on site.
• Assist in installing traffic control devices and bases.
• Support flagging and direct traffic safely around the crew.
