Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking a Roadway Project Manager for our client, a Texas-based engineering consulting firm, to lead road and transportation projects in Fort Worth. You will manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships while guiding multidisciplinary teams from planning through construction.

This role offers exposure to public-sector clients across Texas, mentorship of engineers, and opportunities to advance leadership within a growing transportation practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Several years of roadway/transportation engineering project delivery experience.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, scopes, and client expectations.
• Strong knowledge of transportation design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Experience with local municipalities or state transportation agencies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage roadway and transportation projects from planning and design through construction support.
• Lead project teams and coordinate engineers, designers, and technical staff to ensure successful project execution.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, scopes, and deliverables while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and project partners.
• Oversee quality control processes and ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
• Prepare project reports, work plans, fee proposals, and supplemental service requests.
• Support business development efforts, proposal preparation, and pursuit activities.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to the professional growth of the team.
• Collaborate with leadership on workload planning and resource allocation.
