Job summary

K-Five Construction Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to provide overall management direction for multiple projects, setting objectives and policies. You will maintain liaison with client contracts, monitor on-site construction and financial activities, and ensure projects stay within timeline and budget.

Responsibilities include leading project teams, maintaining customer relationships, developing critical paths, and overseeing startup to closeout processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field.
• 5-10 years practical experience as a Project Manager, road construction preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; customer relationships are key.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management direction to multiple projects, set objectives and policies.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships and on-site coordination.
• Develop critical path schedule and manage start-up, execution and closeout.
• Ensure projects meet timeline and budget; maintain profitability.
• Authorize contract communications and lead progress/coordination meetings.
