Job summary

The Hawk Group is seeking a role that manages end-to-end roadway permitting and access approvals for fast-paced power innovation projects. You will coordinate across engineering, environmental, construction management, legal, and external consultants to negotiate RUAs, ROEs, and railroad crossing agreements while tracking permit conditions to project closeout.

• Proven ability to negotiate RUAs, ROEs, and railroad crossing agreements.

Responsibilities

• Develop permitting and access strategies across engineering, environmental, construction, legal teams, and consultants.
• Negotiate Road Use Management Agreements, Right of Entry, and Railroad Crossing Agreements; track permit conditions through closeout.
• Advise on traffic engineering, MOT, haul routes, and railroad engineering standards to support safe execution and restoration.
• Plan roadway/railroad permitting strategies aligning schedule, constructability, and compliance.
