Job summary

Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a Roadway/Pathway Attendant to keep entrances and outdoor spaces pristine. You will sweep, mop, wash and monitor grounds, ensuring safety and guest-ready exterior areas.

The role requires English proficiency, a valid California driver’s license, and willingness to work early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation includes benefits and Montana?— see listing for details.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Keep entrances, pool decks and pathways clean and free of debris.
• Maintain pet waste stations and replace liners as needed.
• Remove trash from lobby areas and disposal posts.
• Ensure flowerpots and surrounding grounds are trash-free.
• Clean exterior sconces and keep spider webs away.
• Keep utility buildings and surrounding roadways clean.
• Maintain BBQ grill areas and surrounding grounds.
• Document VIP arrivals by detailing roadways and pathways.
• Sweep guest staircases and mop as needed based on foot traffic.
• Complete projects assigned by management by deadline.
• Operate a golf cart during duties.

About the role

At Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara, the Roadway/Pathway Attendant keeps the Meadows and Summits building entrances, pool decks and pathways free of trash, dirt, and debris by sweeping, mopping, and washing when necessary.

What you will do

• Keep all monuments, signage and landscape mushroom lights clean/dusted, reporting damaged lights.

• Ensure all pet waste stations are clear of waste and trash bag liners are fully stocked and maintained.

• Remove and check trash from outside lobby areas including removing cigarettes from sand disposal posts frequently.

• Ensure all flowerpots located at all villa buildings are free of trash as well as the surrounding landscape/grounds area.

• Ensure all exterior sconces on each building above potted plants are free of spider webs and clean.

• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the inside of all utility buildings including the roadway/pathway surrounding each utility building.

• Maintain/monitor and clean the surrounding ground areas at each BBQ grill as well as clean each BBQ grill.

• Detail the roadway/pathway next to each building for VIP arrivals.

• Sweep all guest staircases, mopping, when necessary, based on guest foot traffic.

• Complete any project assigned by management.

• Operate a golf cart.

What you bring

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language

• Driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role, a valid California Driver's License is necessary
