Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. is seeking Full-time Highway Maintenance Technicians to perform a variety of highway maintenance tasks in Nashville, TN and surrounding areas. The role requires flexibility for on-call, nights, and weekend shifts and adherence to all relevant regulations and company policies.

The team performs duties including pothole repair, sign and bridge work, debris removal, and equipment operation. CDL A and clean driving record are preferred, with background checks required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Background and driving record checks required.
• Ability to pass criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform highway maintenance tasks as part of a team.
