Job summary

City of Midland, Texas, seeks a skilled maintenance worker to support street maintenance and traffic-related infrastructure. You will operate light equipment, perform preventative care on tools, and assist Equipment Operators to ensure orderly movement of traffic.

Responsibilities include painting road markings, installing signage, and maintaining records. Candidates should hold a High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid Class C Texas driver’s license.

• Set up and manage work zones safely; assist with traffic control measures.
• Maintain records of work performed and participate in safety meetings.
