Job summary

ViaPlus is hiring a Roadway Maintenance Technician in Broomfield, Colorado. This role supports both maintenance operations and roadway safety through proactive monitoring and incident response. Responsibilities include performing general maintenance tasks, assisting motorists, and adhering to safety protocols.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and some experience in outdoor labor roles. Benefits include health coverage, 80 hours of PTO, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in roadway maintenance, construction, or similar outdoor labor roles preferred.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding work.
• Certifications such as OSHA 10 or traffic control training are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general roadway maintenance including repairs and debris removal.
• Assist with preventive maintenance tasks such as patching and snow removal.
• Provide roadside assistance including minor mechanical support.
