Job summary

Qualifications

• Must pass CDL written test; tanker endorsement and Class B interstate required within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain state highway systems and facilities, including patching potholes, traffic control, and cleaning roadside areas.
• Repair and maintain road signs, guardrails, and buildings; service equipment and machinery.
• Operate vehicles to transport personnel and materials, plow snow, and spread ice control materials.
• May install signs, pour concrete footings, weld posts, and repair signs.
