Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and six years of directly related experience; or an equivalent combination of training and related experience.
• Experience in planning work and supervising a crew.
• Experience in roadway maintenance and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a work crew and inmate labor on maintenance tasks.
• Operate CDL-required equipment and supervise equipment use.
• Document quantities of materials, labor, and equipment; track time and materials.
• Conduct tailgate safety meetings and ensure compliance with safety policies.
• May respond to after-hours calls as needed and support driver qualification checks.
