Formación

• Ability to follow oral and written instructions and read work plans.
• Experience with highway maintenance equipment is a plus.
• Knowledge of safety rules, regulations, and procedures (OSHA/VOSHA) is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Emergency Operations: Clear roadways of snow, ice, and debris; provide traffic control.
• Operate and maintain light, medium, and heavy-duty highway equipment to perform maintenance tasks.
• Implement work zone safety measures and comply with MUTCD detours and lane closures.
• Perform manual labor and use hand/power tools to complete tasks.
• Perform preventative maintenance and pre-trip vehicle inspections.
• Install, maintain, and remove traffic control devices in work zones and detours.
