Job summary

I-66 Express Mobility Partners is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead roadway maintenance, incident response, and fleet operations for the I-66 project in Virginia. The role oversees staff, schedules, and safety programs to ensure reliable, safe operations across the corridor.

The position requires 7–10+ years in highway operations, CDL with air brake endorsement, and strong leadership. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies a competitive salary in a full-time on-site role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• 7–10+ years of highway operations and maintenance experience.
• Experience in heavy civil construction or roadway infrastructure preferred.
• Knowledge of traffic control and safety regulations.
• Class CDL with air brake endorsement or ability to obtain.
• First Aid/CPR training or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for roadway maintenance, incident response, and equipment maintenance.
• Develop and monitor annual to long-term maintenance plans for roadway assets.
• Coordinate incident response and roadway operations for safety and efficiency.
• Supervise maintenance staff, fleet resources, and field activities.
• Oversee budgeting, procurement, and contractor management.
• Ensure safety programs, training, and compliance with standards.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
