Job summary

I-66 Express Mobility Partners seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead roadway maintenance, incident response, and fleet/equipment upkeep for I-66 EMP. You will supervise four direct reports and coordinate budget, safety, training, and contractor oversight in a fast-paced project environment.

Requirements include 7–10+ years in highway operations, a Class B CDL with air brake, OSHA 10, First Aid/CPR, and strong leadership and communication skills. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in highway operations and maintenance.
• Experience in heavy civil construction or transportation maintenance preferred.
• CDL Class B with air brake endorsement or ability to obtain; Class A preferred.
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction Outreach training.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead roadway maintenance, asset management, and incident response activities.
• Supervise four direct reports and coordinate training, safety, and staffing.
• Develop maintenance plans, monitor asset data, and manage budgets.
• Oversee fleet maintenance, equipment readiness, and contractor oversight.
• Coordinate winter operations, safety procedures, and reporting.
• Prepare monthly/annual O&M reports and ensure compliance with standards.
