Job summary

Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician Field Supervisor to perform a range of highway maintenance tasks in the Waco, Texas area.

Responsibilities include debris removal, sign and guardrail repair, bridge rail work, and concrete repair, with strict adherence to regulations and company policies. The role requires supervisory experience, roadway maintenance background, and knowledge of safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Roadway maintenance experience.
• Concrete forming/repair experience.
• Operate Wheel Loader, Skid Steer, Forklift, Asphalt Roller.
• Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly while performing physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance operations in the Waco, TX area (highway maintenance, debris removal, sign and guardrail repair, bridge rail, concrete repair).
• Adhere to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations and company policies.
• Respond to client requests, dispatch employees, and provide supervisory oversight as needed.
