Job summary

Parrish & Partners, LLC in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Roadway Lead with extensive project management experience to grow our Roadway department. This role leads the department, overseeing project management, design production, staff supervision, and client relations to deliver highway and transportation projects.

The ideal candidate holds a PE in NC with 12+ years of highway experience and proficiency in Open Roads Designer, MicroStation, and GEOPAK.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or higher and PE license in NC.
• 12+ years of highway/transportation project experience.
• Experience managing NCDOT projects and design teams.
• Proven ability to deliver roadway projects on budget and on schedule.
• Leadership in design direction and mentoring staff with technical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the roadway department in PM, design production, and staff supervision.
• Manage client relations and project delivery for highway/transportation projects.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical direction on plans and standards.
• Oversee design teams and ensure work complies with budget and schedule.

Roadway Lead (Civil Engineering) – Raleigh, NC

Parrish & Partners is hiring a Roadway Lead with extensive project management experience to grow our Roadway department in North Carolina. This position is responsible for providing leadership to the department, including but not limited to project management, design production, staff supervision, and managing client relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Civil Engineering
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in North Carolina
• 12+ years of experience with highway and transportation projects
• Experience managing NCDOT projects
• Proven ability to manage design teams, while providing technical direction, mentoring of design staff, and assisting with design plans when needed
• Strong track record of providing deliverables on roadway projects within budget and on schedule
• Experience with Open Roads Designer, MicroStation, and GEOPAK
